Promoting Golf -

CIGA is charged with promoting and increasing participation in golf in the Cayman Islands, including assisting our best and brightest athletes to excel and represent Cayman on the international stage. Your membership dollars play a vital role in achieving these goals.

Handicaps Calculated -

A major benefit of joining CIGA is receiving a USGA Handicap. All golfers should have a USGA Handicap, which travels with the golfer from course to course and is adjusted up or down depending on the lengh and difficulty of the course played.

Tournaments & Events -

Amateur tournaments provide the highest level of competition for the best amateur golfers of all ages to learn and prepare for the international stage. CIGA sponsors numerous tournaments and events throughout the year. By sponsoring these events CIGA hopes to inspire Cayman's golfing youth to excel and leave an ongoing legacy for the community. CIGA focuses not only on the young and the elite golfers, but supports golfers of all ages and abilities.
